Law of attraction came to me

Long time no seen! I´ts really been a long while since I wrote a post here, but my life has been up and down in a totally awesome way. Oh, my God!!! So, what has happened since the last post you might wonder. Well, as you know I´m from Sweden and i have a blog in Swedish and I started to write about the Law of Attraction.      I´ve studied the Law of Attraction for many years but it was first in October last year that I felt that I was ready to write about it. And everything just exploded. So, I´ve created a guide, an e-course and a e-mail serie, all about the Law of Attraction and I´ve started as a Law of Attraction coach and I´ve got so many new clients and customers. I´ve also been on tour in Sweden all spring and early summer speaking about the Law of Attraction and I really loved it. I realized that we are very few in Sweden that teaches about the Law of Attraction and the need was very big.

I´ve also studied for Joe Vitale, known from the movie The Secret, so now I am a Certified Law of Attraction Basic Practitioner as you can see below.

Anyway, I just popped in to let you know tht I´m back here to inspire you all. But in the future I will be writing more about the Law of Attraction. And soon you will see some material here about the Law of Attraction cause I´m gonna translate my swedish material to english just so I can share it with you all.

One thing that made me happy yesterday

My daily goal is to be happy. My mission is to inspire you to get more happiness in your life and I do it with my posts here at my blog for instance where I share lots of tips. Another way to do it is to inspire you to try yourself and therefore I´ve started a challenge at Instagram called: This makes me happy. The challenge is a perfect way for you to be more happy through the day, to be happy more often and for you to see how your life seems to get easier. All you have to do is to look for things that makes you happy and then take a photo of your findings. You post your photos on Instagram using the hashtag #thismakesmehappy. This challenge forces you to change your focus cause you´ll spend your day looking for things that makes you smile and after a couple of days you will make some great results in your life and in your relationships. Happy for no reason

Happy for no reasonI´ve had a fabulous day today! Just awesome! I have a cousin who lives in Portland, Oregon and she is now here in Sweden visiting her mom and friends. I think it´s ten years since we met so it was wonderful to meet her today. She and her mother came to visit me today and I loved every minute. So right now I´m just sitting here with a big smile feeling totally happy. So, today it was really easy for me to reach my daily goal: to be happy. This gives me another memory to put in my bank of things being happy for another day when it´s harder to reach my daily goal of feeling happy. I guess that you already have figured out the topic of this post. Yes, today I´m gonna write about being happy for no reason and that´s really my favorite topic. Ready?

AnastaciaA wonderful day today, right? I´ve had an awesome day today and I reached my daily goal again. My daily goal is to be happy. Do you have any daily goals? I would love to hear about your goals so please leave a comment and inspire me and all the other readers with your daily goals. And when we now are talking about happiness it´s time to talk about the topic for this post, positive thinking. I guess that you have heard that thoughts create worlds, your thoughts create your life and that you can get what you want just trough your thoughts. In this post I give you 10 reasons why positive thinking benefits you and after reading it I hope that you understand more about why thoughts create. Everything that happens in our lives is interpreted by our mind. If you are in a good mood the interpretation differs from the interpretation you gets when you are in a bad mood. For instance, if you are driving your car and a driver in front of you drives way too slow and you are in a good mood, then it wont bother you so much. But if you are in a bad mood you will get very irritated and start cursing at that other driver. Same situation but different reaction from you. And it is all in your mind and your thoughts. The other day I found a blog that I really liked. Sarah, author of the blog wrote a great post called: Uncluttered bedrooms mean more romance wich was a great post. The reason though for her to write this post was that august is the “Romance awareness month”. Isn´t that just great? I didn´t know we had a month like that and when I think about it I actually think that every month should be a month of romance awareness, don´t you?

Sarah is a Professional Organizer and her blog: Classically Organized is now one of my favorites cause I really need to learn to be more organized. I have the tendencies to do more than one thing at a time or I plan the next task when I do another and I´m an expert in starting up things without ending them so I have loads of started projects and it gets a bit messy in my brain sometimes. So when I found Sarahs blog it really gave me hope. Usually I read Swedish blogs and I haven´t found that kind of blogs here in Sweden so from now and on I´ll read bore English blogs.

Very often I hear people say that they don´t have time to take a break for 10 minutes or even 5 minutes. My answer in that case is that you then have to prepare for a very, very long break. Maybe a break for a couple of years or more cause that´s how long it takes to recover from being burnout. But most people live as if they never have to refill any fuel at all. Mental stress or brain stress is the most common stress today and it´s also the most dangerous because it´s active most of our waken time. In this post I will give you 5 stress-relieving tips and I will also give you a bonus tips which is one of the hardest thing to do. Treat yourself like you treat others

The relationship with yourself is life-long and the most important relation you´ll ever have. A very common motto is: “Treat others as you want to be treated”. I have chosen to “rebuild” the motto to serve better with reality to: “Treat yourself like you treat others.” We are often experts in dwelling in negative thoughts, we judge ourselves very hard, tell ourselves that we are useless, say to ourselves that we will fail in everything, we almost vomit when we look in the mirror because we are so ugly and fat.
