One thing that made me happy yesterday

My daily goal is to be happy. My mission is to inspire you to get more happiness in your life and I do it with my posts here at my blog for instance where I share lots of tips. Another way to do it is to inspire you to try yourself and therefore I´ve started a challenge at Instagram called: This makes me happy. The challenge is a perfect way for you to be more happy through the day, to be happy more often and for you to see how your life seems to get easier. All you have to do is to look for things that makes you happy and then take a photo of your findings. You post your photos on Instagram using the hashtag #thismakesmehappy. This challenge forces you to change your focus cause you´ll spend your day looking for things that makes you smile and after a couple of days you will make some great results in your life and in your relationships. The challenge will go on for at least a couple of weeks and I really hope you will join me to get a great change in your life towards more happiness.

I don´t have time

Very often I hear people say that they don´t have time to take a break for 10 minutes or even 5 minutes. My answer in that case is that you then have to prepare for a very, very long break. Maybe a break for a couple of years or more cause that´s how long it takes to recover from being burnout. But most people live as if they never have to refill any fuel at all. Mental stress or brain stress is the most common stress today and it´s also the most dangerous because it´s active most of our waken time. In this post I will give you 5 stress-relieving tips and I will also give you a bonus tips which is one of the hardest thing to do. The relationship with yourself is life-long and the most important relation you´ll ever have. A very common motto is: “Treat others as you want to be treated”. I have chosen to “rebuild” the motto to serve better with reality to: “Treat yourself like you treat others.” We are often experts in dwelling in negative thoughts, we judge ourselves very hard, tell ourselves that we are useless, say to ourselves that we will fail in everything, we almost vomit when we look in the mirror because we are so ugly and fat. Wiiihooo! I´ve had just a fabulous day and I´m happier than ever. And now you may think I won the lottery? Or that I´ve reached some great goal of my dreams? Or that I found my dream house? Or that I… no no no and no. Nothing “big” has happened but it has been this perfect day. I made it the perfect day all by my self. Isn´t that just great? Why RockBabe? 2

Swedish RockBabeI think it´s time to explain this thing with RockBabe to you. I am the first Swedish rockstar that doesn´t sing or play any instrument. And I started to use my “middlename” RockBabe when I started to speak about Rockstar status. It sounds weird in English and some words are very hard to translate, especially when the word doesn´t really exists in Swedish either. But it´s about having the same status as a Rockstar. Yesterday I told you about an e-mail I got from a publishing company for e-books and today the editor phoned me and we talked about the details and then I got the contract in my inbox. Isn´t that just fantastic! I love life when everything goes easy and that´s the way it´s supposed to be. That´s the way Law of Attraction describes how it should be. So me and my husband have celebrated tonight with some good food and a glass of wine.
